Agenda Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 that gives foster care and at-risk youth a voice through filmmaking by providing them with the proper tools by industry veterans. They will have a platform to express themselves and share their unique experiences through cinema.
Agenda Foundation provides this filmmaking opportunity to a highly screened group of foster children who possess the aptitude and a zest for making movies. The chosen candidates will be placed in a classroom setting, and will learn how to make a movie from start to finish.
Agenda Foundation will continue to find ways to fund the innovative and opportunity-filled programs for America's foster youth in the film industry.

Founder and recording artist Kaylene Peoples has created the group Peoples Republic as a champion for foster youth; the February scheduled release was delayed as a result. Peoples Republic will perform the soon-to-be released album as an effort to raise money for Agenda Foundation.
Several people have already donated their time for the cause: Catherine Lorenz (CD Design); Arun Nevader (CD Photography); and Rich Mouser (Mixing and Mastering). A fundraising concert for Rite of Passage will take place later this year. Please stay tuned for the latest information.
