  How does Agenda ensure that my support actually benefits youth?

  Agenda projects are designed to service 48 youths a year.  This allows for us to be personally acquainted with each youth and project.  All funds will be used for the facilitation of Agenda programs.  An annual report will be available at the end of each fiscal year.

  Are my contributions to Agenda Foundation, including my sponsorship support and gifts tax deductible?

  Yes.  Agenda is a registered 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization.  All contributions to Agenda Foundation are tax-deductible.  As a requirement of the 1993 Revenue Reconciliation Act, we verify that no goods or services of value are given to you for your contribution.
