About Us
Founded in 2007 by Kaylene Peoples, Agenda Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 tax exempt organization.  The foundation's primary focus is to offer Los Angeles area foster youth an outlet to express their thoughts, feelings, and perceptions of their world through filmmaking.

Agenda's programs and services are a direct response to the lack of creative outlets for foster youth.  Through an intensive filmmaking education program, Agenda will introduce young men and ladies to the craft of filmmaking.

Mission
The mission of Agenda Foundation is to enhance the quality of life for youth in foster care by providing them with the opportunity to express themselves through filmmaking.  Inherent in this mission is Agenda Foundation's responsibility to reshape distorted images of society by providing socially conscious cinema.

Vision
To use filmmaking as a tool that will provide foster youth with transferable skills they can use to live healthy and productive lives.

Our Profile
Kaylene Peoples is a versatile musician and entrepreneur.  She is a vocalist and instrumentalist, composer/producer/conductor, and has entertained audiences her entire life.

From producing and directing films to launching the widely popular Agenda Magazine (www.agendamag.com), Kaylene has always believed in the awesome power of the media. At first Agenda Magazine as a platform for women to experience the fashion world, but soon thereafter, Agenda's voice screamed the horrific images of Hurricane Katrina, dealt with the issues of Autism, Breast Cancer, and AIDS awareness, not to mention other social causes.

Those stories of survival and images of perseverance lead to the Agenda Foundation.  Kaylene is dedicated to giving a voice to the unheard—Agenda Foundation is that outlet for California's most 'at risk' population, foster youth.

Kaylene Peoples has always believed that anything can be achieved with vision, passion, and opportunity. Agenda Foundation is the culmination of that belief.
